Posted By Col on Tuesday, June 10, 2003 Well what can I say, cakes (more than a few), sunday roast (VERY yummy), drink (few bottles), a winners plus a few naughty bits every now and then, result - 2lb....... off!!!! That makes it 5.5lb now, gradual weightloss but loss none the less. The most amazing thing, I must have eaten about 4lb of cheesecake round with Steve and Paula!Julie was not as good, she managed to put it down to a "girls week", I put it down to her being as bad as me and me being a lucky git :-) This week not 100% sure how it is going to go, getting closer to the "Silver 7", I am hoping that it comes next week, I am really going to push it (more though than I said last week). Will I get there, tune in shortly to find out ...... Posted By Col on Sunday, June 08, 2003 Except for cakes on Friday not too bad a week, well until yesterday. Wasn't going to drink much at Strawberry Fair but decided to have a couple of beers, much to the disgust of Nigel who wanted everyone to get drunk :) Once a couple of beers had been drunk got the munchies, thankfully a 17 mile cycle ride earlier that day may have given me a few extra points on the day.Posted By Col on Friday, June 06, 2003 Nigel Cooke, please do not bring in any more cakes!!!!!!Posted By Col on Wednesday, June 04, 2003 Well Julie beat me this week, she managed to loose 4 pounds and I stayed the same which annoyed me as much as she was p***** off with me last week, I now promise not to wind her up if I do well and she has a bad week. I think the reason for her loosing and me not was due to the fact that every time we went out she drove, this of course meant I could drink. This of course now puts her way ahead in the "pay-for-the-wedding-room" bet we have on, she is now around a stone in front. I have not a lot of time to make this back (just under 3 months) which means that for the next couple of weeks I am going to be very good. If anyone sees me with anything sweet slap me (unless she a cute little honey ;-)If I don't get my "Silver 7" next week if I try really hard I will be mightly annoyed.....
